Whistle Blowers Identifying Global 'Al-Qaeda' Terrorism As State Controlled

Former Indonesian President Abdurraham Wahid fingered the Indonesian authorites as the true culprits behind the 2002 Bali bombings in an interview for an Australian documentary.
Wahid said that the authorities were acting at the bidding of Western intelligence agencies. Some other sources used in the documentary were adamant that there was no Al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist groups in existence that were not controlled by intelligence agencies. Sources told the film makers that goverment connected establishment figures are carrying out an agenda of depopulation in targeted areas by lowering the value of property and resources, then buying it cheap. Indonesia is renowned for the rampant corruption and state involvment in terrorist attacks.
The U.S. goverment had advanced knowledge of the October 12, 2002 bombing in Bali. They passed the information on to the Taiwanese goverment and told them to keep it top secret. Just hours after the bombing the U.S. withdrew all of it's administrative staff and diplomats from Indonesia, calling it a 'security threat'. The same warning was also recieved by the British goverment, but it was not passed on to any relevant authority there.
Immediatley after the bombing the FBI, British secret police, and the Australian secret service rushed in and took charge of the investigation, which angered the Indonesian and Balinese authorities.
Why were the U.S. , British, and Australian authorities so eager to take control? Were they trying to cover their tracks and make them believe it was the work of suicide bombers?
Oh, and did I mention that the plastic explosives used in the attack were of military origin, and were used by the U.S. military?!
Meanwhile, the Iranian goverment is accusing the U.S. and Britian of staging car bombings in Iraq and also being behind bombings in Iran in an attempt to destablilize the goverment.
And here in the U.S., the so-called terror threat to New York subways was an admitted hoax, this released only after Mayor Bloomberg's approval ratings had gone up and enough attention had been distracted away from the imminent indictments of the Bush administration.
