Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving remember the native american indians who have suffered so much. When the pilgrims arrived at Plymouth Rock in 1620, their first winter was devastating. Many died. The next harvest of 1621 was bountiful, so they celebrated with a feast and invited 91 indians who helped them survive their first year. Without the indians generous help the pilgrims would have died. Unfortunatly, the Europeans brought with them the desire to conquer the new continent, as well as disease that hit the indians hard. We all know what later happened to the native americans. While you are all sitting around the Thanksgiving table this year, don't forget the native americans.
