" There are over 800 prison camps in the U.S., all fully operational and ready to recieve prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA should Martial Law need to be implemented in the U.S. and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the Attorney General's signature on a warrant to which a list of name's is attached. Ask yourself is you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the 2 sub-programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for it's proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local goverments by the federal goverment. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and they will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility, and can hold approx. 2 million people.
Now, let's review the justification for any actions taken...
Executive orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a presidential pen...
Executive Order 10990: Allows goverment to take over all modes of transportation & control of highways & seaports.
Executive Order 10995: Allows the goverment to seize & control the communications media.
Executive Order 10997: Allows the goverment to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels, & minerals.
Executive Order 10998: Allows the goverment to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind & total control over all highways, seaports, & waterways.
Executive Order 10999: Allows the goverment to take over all food resources & farms.
Executive Order 11000: Allows the goverment to mobilize civilians into work brigades under goverment supervison.
Executive Order 11001: Allows the goverment to take over all health, education, & welfare functions.
Executive Order 11002: Designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.
Executive Order 11003: Allows the goverment to take over all airports & aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
Executive Order 11004: Allows the Housing & Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, & establish new locations for populations.
Executive Order 11005: Allows the goverment to take over railroads, inland waterways, & public storage facilities.
Executive Order 11310: Grants authority to Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish a judicial & legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal & correctional institutions, & to advice & assist the President.
Executive Order 11049: Assigns emergency prepardeness functions to federal departments & agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a 15 year period.
Executive Order 11921: Allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production & distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit & the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for 6 months. FEMA has broad powers in every aspect of the nation."
Pramoedya was born February 6th, 1925, in Indonesi, & at an early age became involved in the struggle against Dutch colonial rule in Indonesia. His opposition to the policies of founding President Sukarno, & successor New Order regime of Suharto, made him face extrajudicial punishment.
During WW11, Pramoedya first supported the occupying forces of Imperial Japan, thought of then as the lesser of two evils (Dutch/Japan). As the war went on, Indonesians were dismayed by wartime rationing & by the harsh measures taken by the Japanese military.
On August 17th, 1945, after news of an allied victory over Japan reached Indonesia, Sukarno proclaimed Indonesia's total independence from all colonialists. The Indonesian National Revolution against British & Dutch forces started.
In this war, Pramoedya joined a paramilitary group in Kanawang, Kranji, & was stationed in Jakarta. During this time, he wrote short stories & books, as well as propaganda for the Nationalist Cause.
Pramoedya was jailed by the Dutch in Jakarta in 1947 for his opposition to the colonial regime, & remained there until 1949- the year the Netherland's accepted Indonesia's Independence. While jailed, he wrote his first novel, " The Fugitive". Pramoedya went on to write several more works of fiction dealing with the problems of the newly founded nation, as well as seni-autobiographical works as wartime memoirs.
Back in Indonesia, Pramoedya joined the left-wing writers group, Lekra, & wrote for newspapers & journals. His writing became more politically charged.
Pramoedya was again arrested by Indonesian military & served 9 months for writing a series of letters addressed to an imagined Chinese correspondant discussing the history of the Indonesian Chinese. He criticized the goverment for being insensitive to the needs & desires of the regions & people of Indonesia. He was named a political prisoner, his books banned, & jailed without a trial.
When arrested, his library was burned. While in jail he was not permitted to have a pencil, so instead of physically writing, he narrated stories to other prisoners. He eventually was able to write his novels down, & although banned in Indonesia, copies were scanned & distributed to people inside the country. He was released from prison in 1979, but remained under house-arrest in Jakarta until 1992.
Pramoedya Ananta Toer was 81 years old when he died April 30th, 2006. His passing is a huge loss to the world of literature & of revolutionary politics. Even after years of repression, Pramoedya still held out hope for Indonesians. He remained a revolutionary to the very end, urging his readers, especially young Indonesians, to take up the struggle again.
The Washington Times/July 20, 2006
" A growing number of Minutemen Civil Defense Corps leaders & volunteers are questioning the whereabouts of hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of dollars of donations collected in the past 15 months, challenging the organization's leadership over financial accountability.
Many of the group's most active members say they have no idea how much money has been collected as part of it's efforts to stop illegal entry- primarily along the US/Mexico border, what it has been spent on or why it has been funneled through a Virginia-based chairity headed by conservative Alan Keyes.
Several of the group's top lieutenants haev either questioned, or are threatening to do so, saying requests to President Chris Simcox for a financial accounting have been ignored. Other Minutemen members said money promised for food, fuel, radios, computers, tents, night-vision scopes, binoculars, porta-potties, & other necessary equipement & supplies never reached volunteers who have manned observation posts to spot & report illegal border crossers.
Gary Cole, Minutemen's former national director of operations, was chief liason to the national press corps during the group's April 2005 border watch in Arizona. He was one of the first to raise questions about MCDC finances. He personally collected "tens of thousands of dollars" in donations during the 30 day border vigil. But despite numerous requests- many directed at Mr.Simcox- he has never told how much money has been collected or where it went.
Mr.Cole said, " We can't demand that the goverment be held accountable for failing to control the border if we can't hold ourselves accountable for the people's money. It's as simple as that."
Mr.Cole said he was removed by Mr.Simcox as a national director after the April 2005 border campaign " for asking too many questions about the money". ...
Mr.Simcox, in an interview last week with the Washington Times, estimated that about $ 1.6 million in donations have been collected, all of it handeled through the Herndon-based Declaration Alliance, founded & chaired by Mr.Keyes. He said the donations, solicited on the group's website & during cross-country appearances, include $ 1 million directly to MCDC & $ 600,000 for a fence on the US/Mexico border.
But Mr.Simcox's numbers could not be independently verified, including claims in a 3,961-word statement issued after the inteview that he spent $ 160,000 on "our last 2 month long border-watch operations."
The Minutemen organization has not made any financial statements or fundraising records public since it's April 2005 creation. It also has sought & recieved extensions of it's federal reporting requirements & has not given the Minutemen leadership, it's volunteers or donors any official accounting. A financial statement promised to The Times by Mr.Simcox for May was never delivered. ...
In a statement, Mr.Simcox said that a "fully accredited independent auditor" had begun an accounting of income & expenses & that a final audit would be delivered to the IRS by November 15th. He told The Times that the audit was costing MCDC $ 50,000, but declined to say who was getting the money or identify other fees paid by the Minutemen organization to other "professional" entities. ...
Mike Gaddy, who helped organize the Minutemen's April 2005 border watch, said Mr.Simcox rejected his offer last year to personally pay for an audit to answer growing concerns among the ranks about the group's finances. " He told me what he did was his business." ...
Mr.Gaddy said he did not know how much money the organization had collected, but said, "It would be a substancial sum."...
Several Minutemen volunteers said questions concerning the group's finances intensified during October when money promised by Mr.Simcox & others for food & supplies never reached the volunteer's on the line.
Some of the MCDC leaders gathered at the time to discuss replacing Mr.Simcox but reached no concensus. At the meeting, attended by The Times, they said money promised for field operations was never delivered & questioned the role of "outsiders" with the Minutemen organization. ...
Mr. Gaddy said, "An awful lot of the equipment I saw was donated." Some Minutemen volunteers also said food was sent by the organization to some border sites, but it was not free. Others have also sought accountablity of the income MCDC has recieved through the sale of it's web page of hats, t-shirts, etc.
Even Mr.Simcox's much bally-hooed fence project on the Arizona/Mexico border has come under fire, from both within & outside the MCDC organization. Critics say vast sums of money are being collected to build what has been described as an Israeli-style fence to keep out illegals, but all that has been constructed is 3 miles of a 5-strand barb-wired range fence on 2 inch metal poles. One former Minutemen volunteer said the fence "wouldn't hold a tricycle."
Looks as if the Minuteklan's biggest enemy is themselves! If they keep up this current corruption within, there will be no need for an opposition, because they will eventually ruin themselves.
I can't wait to hear where all this money went to! Probably straight up Simcox's nose!!
Also up is a new video showing the police brutality from a new angle. It shows the LAPD clubbing the girl trying to tape & document the event, a person in a wheelchair being knocked over, officer on bike deliberatley smashing into the 2, other officers beating them as they fall to the ground & continue beating them while lying on the sidewalk helpless. Screams from a woman of "he's mentally retarded!" can be heard, as well.--Notice the officer who tries to stop another officer from unlawfully beating the people. This clearly shows the out of control, violent rage most of the LAPD displayed that day.

Bryan,Tx.-" The Texas Minutemen brought their boderline paranoia to the heart of Aggieland this week. A Republican club invited the Wise County based Minutemen to tell about their escapades guarding the Rio Grande. But what they heard was too looney even for Aggies.
When the Minutemen's quirky leader started rambling about:
1.) a secret plan to "merge Canada and Mexico with the United States", the good Republicans in the home of the George Bush Presidential Library started squirming in their chairs behind half-eaten barbeque plates.
2.) When a Minuteman from Dallas started complaining that ranchers can shoot diseased cattle at the border but not humans,
3.) and blamed permissive immigration on the "greedy business people" of America, their Republican host finally had enough and stood to cut off questions.
"Thank you", said Dan Garcia, 29, an Iraq war veteren and now a Texas A&M student. Almost apologetically he told the Brazos County Young Republicans, "Our goal was just to set up a forum where we could hear different opinions." Later he said that the discussion "got out of hand a little too quickly".
"I don't think disease should be part of the issue," said Garcia, a Brownsville native and the son of immigrants from Mexico who earned doctorates. "Some of the things they said, I totally disagree with. As Republicans, we're not Xenophobes. We just want to know who's coming into this country."
It was his idea to invite the Minutemen to draw more people to a meeting when some Young Republicans have gone home for the summer. It worked: Instead of five or six Republicans, the meeting drew 25 guests to C&J Barbeque.
Shannon McGauley, 42, a private investigator from Boyd, leads one of two factions of Minutemen volunteers in Texas. His faction reports to a California man who is affliated with the Bible-preaching fringe political party &,
4.) Who openly opposes allowing any other "cultures" or languages in America besides his own. That part bothered Garcia before the meeting.
5.) In Bryan, thier handouts included somehing about the Trilateral Commisson...
They bristled when McGauley's co-founder and retired Dallas software engineer named Sandra Beene, started talking about..
11.) Shooting "varmints"...
Lesson # 1: Some of these Minutemen don't want anyone of another clor or culture in Texas.
Lesson # 2: Republicans need to be careful about welcoming the Minutemen."

Photo #2 shows LAPD beating young woman on the street.
Photo #3 shows LAPD beating & arresting same woman. This woman did nothing to provoke such an attack, as I witnessed this I stood in complete disbelief & total disgust. I no longer respect the LAPD, for they are brutal thugs. A.N.S.W.E.R. L.A. is not a communist organization as the racists & LAPD would like you to believe. The pro-immigration side was the most diverse set of people, including all walks of life. Whenever there is a protest, expect anarchists. But the LAPD should recieve better training & learn to recognize REAL threats when they see them & not beat the shit out of innocent bystanders. Very unprofessional!
On Saturday I attended an Anti-Minutemen/S.O.S. protest in Hollywood, California. The MinuteKlan was scheduled to have a "parade" down Hollywood Blvd in the middle of Saturday tourist traffic.
Everything was going smoothly & peacefully until the LAPD in full riot gear rushed our side of the street & prevented us from leaving the curb as the MinuteKlan were preparing to start their so-called "parade".
From what I saw, & I was front row center, one individual attempted to cross the street up a ways from us, sending the LAPD into a baton-beating frenzy. They whacked their batons at anyone & anything, indiscriminatley. As soon as the crowd witnessed the police beating on a young man & woman, all hell broke loose. We were being beaten left & right, for no reason. We had nothing to do with that one individual who ran across the street, but the police were in the mood to beat people down that day, I guess.
The police were beating on a young woman, so a guy ran up & layed across her to protect her from some of the blows. As they arrested the guy, they continued to beat women, aiming mostly for their legs. We were able to "rescue" this one young woman, dragging her across the street because she was unable to walk after the severe beating she obtained. Her legs were beat to shit, literally.
After this disgusting behaviour by the LAPD, people were very unsettled. The police were preventing us from counter-protesting the MinuteKlan, not allowing us to walk on the opposite side of the street, as promised. A group of us, around 25-30, took to the streets & criss-crossed through Hollywood to catch up with the "parade". We shut down traffic & countered-back to greet the MinuteKlan as they returned. While waiting, some anarchists decided to take an American flag & set fire to it. The MinuteKlan returned, but so did their police escort. This time, the LAPD riot squad circled us & confined us to a small space. I was waiting for more beatings, thinking that was for sure their plan. The MinuteKlan were escorted to their cars, because they would not dare to confront the angry crowd without full police protection--cowardly racists! With the racists off our Hollywood streets, we called it a day.
A couple of arrests were made. Around 5-10 people, mostly women, were beaten by police. One girl's purse was taken by police, never returned.
I have attended many a protest, but this one truly left a bad taste in my mouth. The police brutality was disgusting. Beating defenseless women that were just trying to help their fallen friends off the street is wrong & unprofessional, & cowardly. The police treated us like criminals long before anyone attempted to cross the street. An investigation is underway into the police beatings, which is necessary after what I witnessed. I have no doubt in my mind that the MinuteKlan will try & spin this to their advantage. But I was there, & not one person provoked the police, or attempted to go after the MinuteKlan. The MinuteKlan/S.O.S. can claim they are not racists, but when you hold up toliet scrub brushes & talk about cleaning their toliets---Your a fucking racist! The MinuteKlan/S.O.S. were very immature, & often taunted us with racist slurs & middle fingers. If this is the voice of the anti-immigration issue, it will fail soon enough. They have showed themselves to be the racists we all knew they were prior to this showing--if they keep it up no one will listen to their "message", for it is drowned out in racism.
A Lithuanian immigrant, Goldman was not only an anarchist, but a feminist, agitator, & an organizer, as well. She was thrown into jail many times for her speeches, & as an outspoken critic of war. Her criticism of mandatory conscription of young men into the military during the war led to her 2 year imprisonment, followed by her deportation.
The hanging of 4 anarchists after the Haymarket Riot in 1886 drew the young Emma to the anarchist movement, & at the age of 20 she became a revolutionary.
Goldman's defense of Alexander Berkman's attempted assassination of Henry Clay Frick in July 1892 made her very unpopular with authorities. Berkman was jailed for 14 years, & released in 1906.
In 1893 she was jailed for publicly urging unemployed workers that they should, " Ask for work. If they dont give you work, ask for bread. If they dont give you work or bread, take bread." She was convicted of "inciting a riot", & served a one year prison sentence.
Goldman was arrested again in 1901 with 9 others in Chicago on charges of conspiracy to assassinate President McKinley. The President had been shot a few days earlier by Leon Czolgosz, an anarchist. Goldman had met Czolgosz breifly several weeks prior to the assassination attempt, & therefore was accused of conspiracy in a plot with Czolgosz. She was released after authorities could not connect her to Czolgosz's crime.
On Feb.11th, 1916, Emma Goldman was again arrested & jailed for her distribution of birth control literature. As a feminist she saw abortion as a tragic consequence of social conditions, & birth control was a means to avoid abortion.
Her 3rd imprisonment was in 1917 for conspiring to obstruct the draft. Goldman was involved in setting up the No Conscription Leagues & organizing rallies against WWI. She believed strongly that militarism needed to be defeated to achieve freedom, writing, " The greatest bulwark of capitalism is militarism. The very moment the latter is undermined, capitalism will totter." She was jailed for 2 years, then deported to Russia. There she witnessed the aftermath of the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution.
After 2 years, Goldman left Russia & stayed with friends in England & France until funds were raised for a cottage for Goldman. In 1936, she went to Spain to support the Spanish Revolution & fight against Francisco Franco's fascism, the Spanish Civil War.
Emma Goldman died of a stroke May 14th, 1940 in Toronto. The U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service allowed her body to be brought back to the US & was buried in Illinois. Her tombstone reads, " Liberty will not descend to a people, a people must raise themselves to Liberty."
Emma Goldman always provoked a response. She dealt with issues like individual freedom, civil rights, birth control, feminism, fairness in the workpalce, & sexual orientation long before these topics were fashionable or popular. For her fearless & tireless efforts, Emma Goldman was censored, evicted, threatened, jailed, & even deported. She shattered the image of an anarchist by embracing art, music, nature, & drama.
Emma Goldman was a true Revolutionary, willing to risk her personal freedoms to stand up for causes she believed in.
" Indeed, conceit, arrogance, and egotism are the essentials of patriotism. Let me illustrate. Patriotism assumes that our globe is divided into little spots, each one surrounded by an iron gate. Those who have had the fortune of being born on some particular spot, consider themselves better, nobler, grander, more intelligent than the living beings inhabiting any other spot. It is, therefore, the duty of everyone on that chosen spot to fight, kill, and die in the attempt to impose his superiority upon all the others."
" We Americans claim to be a peace-loving people. We hate bloodshed; we are opposed to violence. Yet we go into spasms of joy over the possibility of projecting dynamite bombs from flying machines upon helpless citizens. We are ready to hang, electrocute, or lynch anyone, who, from economic necessity, will risk his own life in the attempt upon that of some industrial magnate. Yet our hearts swell with pride at the thought that America is becoming the most powerful nation on earth, and that it will eventually plant her iron foot on the necks of all other nations."--Emma Goldman in her speech in San Francisco, leading up to WWI.
